The lead
Not a name and a number. The first ten minutes of the call, already done.
Every lead verified a real phone with a live code and arrives with what they can spend, when they're moving, what they want, and the three places that fit, with the reason for each. You know what to say before you dial.

Talks back in real sentencesShort, warm replies, typed live. Never a sales script.
Works only from your dataNo demographics, no school data, no "good area" language.
Never invents a matchThe ranking is deterministic. Nomi explains what the engine decided.

Protected markets
The full build protects your market. Lite is open everywhere.
Every full build comes with a 12-month territory reservation: once it is live, we do not sell a second full build to a competing agent in that market. It is part of the everything-added price, and $0 for members of Grow Your Real Estate Channel through our partnership. Realtors asked for that before anything else, so on the full build it is the rule, not a feature.
Lite has no territory. Any agent can run a Lite quiz in any market, starting today, with nothing to check first. The dark counties on the map are full builds already spoken for; if you want yours protected, that is the upgrade.
Sponsor seats for your people. A broker, team leader or coach can sponsor Lite seats for a group of agents on one account, with every lead copied to you. That is how GYREC runs its program. Ask about a sponsorship account.
Probuild-out, priced per quiz. Inquire for pricing.
$399 a month base. About $768 a month with everything added: CRM + IDX, pixel and ads tracking, location intel, your own domain, and territory exclusivity spread over the year. Lite gets you the lead. The full build runs your whole market.

On the full build
It is so good that it cures a lot of my broken systems. I have only rolled it out on two livestreams and a YouTube post, and went back and added it to the pinned comment on older videos. It pays for itself.
A $3.5 million buyer, matched to the lab that hired him.
He was relocating for a job at a tech lab. He pinned it as the place he was moving for, said how far he was willing to drive, and the engine scored every neighborhood on that actual commute. He verified his phone and arrived as a $3.5 million buyer lead with the whole picture attached: budget, timeline, priorities, and the three places that fit the drive.
Las Vegas, NVBuyer location intel
“I want to find my Paris in Las Vegas.”
A buyer in Paris found a Las Vegas agent's quiz before ever landing in the States. The quiz caught what Paris meant to them, walkable, lively, close to everything, and matched it to Las Vegas communities. The lead's location data pointed to Paris as well, so the agent knew the story held up before the first call.
Built by a real estate team. Engineered by a veteran from the intelligence community.
Neighborhood Match Quiz was not built inside a software company. It was built inside O.N.E. Florida Group, a working real estate team in Northeast Florida that was tired of paying for leads that arrived as a name and a number.
Amy runs the team, so every quiz is checked against how a team actually sells. Justin, a veteran who worked in the intelligence community, built the engine the way that world builds a picture: verify first, keep the evidence, and hand the person on the phone exactly what they need to act.
Amy HowellRealtor and team owner, O.N.E. Florida Group. The quiz answers to how her team sells.
Justin HowellVeteran, formerly in the intelligence community. Builds the engine, the datasets and the guardrails.

Questions
What agents ask before they buy.
Is this the same as the oneleados.com quiz?
It's the Lite edition. Same verification, alerting and fair-housing stack. A simpler engine, up to 50 neighborhoods instead of 100 to 300, top three instead of top five, and you enter your own data. When you're ready for the full build, your quiz, brand and leads come with you. The full build's Pro build-out is priced per quiz (inquire for pricing), then $399 a month base and about $768 a month with everything added; the same lines as oneleados.com.
Do I need a website or a developer?
No. Your quiz lives on yourname.neighborhoodmatchquiz.com. Share the link in bios, ads, open-house QR codes and video descriptions.
How much work is setup?
About an afternoon, in whatever chunks you have. Nomi asks one thing at a time, writes the descriptions, checks the wording, and runs 80 practice buyers through your quiz before you publish.
How do I get the lead?
By text, within seconds of the buyer verifying their phone. Name, number, budget range, timeline and top three neighborhoods. Every lead is also saved in your dashboard with the exact results the buyer saw.
Is it fair-housing checked?
Yes, by design and before every launch. The engine scores homes, prices, fees, amenities and geography only; it has no field for who lives somewhere. Every sentence Nomi writes runs through a protected-class filter, and every word you write is checked by word and by meaning before it can go live, with the result recorded. 55+ needs your written attestation, and Equal Housing Opportunity language sits on every results page. It is a check, not legal review: you remain responsible for your content and for following fair-housing law where you work.
Is my market protected?
Lite is open everywhere: any agent can run a Lite quiz in any market, and there is nothing to check before you start. Market protection is a full-build feature: a 12-month territory reservation that closes your market to competing agents, part of the everything-added price, and $0 for Grow Your Real Estate Channel members through our partnership. Brokers, teams and coaches can also sponsor Lite seats for their agents on one account; ask us about a sponsorship account.
Who built this?
A real estate team, not a software company. Neighborhood Match Quiz comes out of O.N.E. Florida Group in Northeast Florida, and the engine was built by a veteran who worked in the intelligence community. It is designed around the moment a lead arrives and you need to know who to call and what to say.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your quiz pauses. Your leads stay yours.
