About

Built by a real estate team. Engineered by a veteran from the intelligence community.

Neighborhood Match Quiz was not conceived inside a software company. It was built inside a working real estate team that was tired of paying for leads that arrived as a name and a number.

The problem we had

The lead arrives. The clock starts. You know nothing.

O.N.E. Florida Group sells homes across Northeast Florida. Like every team, we bought leads. They came in as a name, a number and a guess. The first call was spent finding out what we should already have known: what they could spend, when they were moving, where they needed to be, what they were afraid of.

So we built the thing we wanted to receive. A quiz a buyer actually enjoys, on a map of the market, that verifies a real phone and hands the agent the whole picture before the first ring: budget, timeline, priorities, and the three places that fit, with the reason for each.

The first version ran on our own market. Then on other agents' markets. Today the engine runs full builds in Phoenix, Omaha, Indianapolis and more, and the Lite edition on this site lets any agent put one on their own brand in an afternoon.

Who

A Realtor and a veteran.

Amy Howell

Amy Howell

Realtor and team owner, O.N.E. Florida Group

Amy runs the team. Every quiz is checked against how a team actually sells: what a buyer asks on the first call, what an agent needs to know before making it, what a local would fix in a neighborhood description. If it doesn't survive her, it doesn't ship.

Justin Howell

Justin Howell

Veteran, formerly in the intelligence community. Builds the engine.

Justin spent his earlier career turning scattered information into a clear picture someone could act on. That is the whole design of the lead: verify first, keep the evidence, explain the conclusion, and hand the person on the phone what they need. He builds the engine, the datasets and the guardrails.

How we build

Six rules every quiz follows.

  • Verify firstA lead is not a lead until a real phone answered a real code. Results never unlock without it.
  • Keep the evidenceEvery match comes with the reason for it, in plain words, from data the agent entered or we researched. Nothing invented.
  • Fair housing by designNo school ratings or demographic signals in the ranking. A banned-terms check on every sentence the guide writes. Equal Housing language on every results page.
  • Full-build markets are protectedOnce a full build is live, we don't sell a second one to a competing agent in that market for the year. Lite is open everywhere: any agent, any market, no territory to check.
  • The agent stays in chargeThe engine ranks, the guide explains, the agent calls. Nothing is sent to a buyer that the agent hasn't approved.
  • Built to be filmedThe map is the seller. Every quiz is made to look like software you paid for, on a phone, on a livestream, on a QR code.
What it is

A map, a few questions, a real phone, and a lead you can act on.

A buyer opens an agent's quiz link and watches a 3D map of the market fly in. Nomi, the guide, asks a few short questions: budget, the part of town, the type of home, the feel they want, how soon. The map narrows with every answer. At the end the buyer verifies a mobile number with a live six-digit code, and only then do their top three matches unlock, each with an honest reason it fits and an honest trade-off.

The agent gets a text within seconds with the buyer's name, number, budget, timeline and top three, an email with the brief, and the full record in their dashboard. On the full build, the lead also carries a score, a first text drafted in the agent's voice, drive time to the place the buyer is moving for, and where the lead came from, and it lands straight in the agent's CRM.

Lite is self-serve: an agent enters up to 25 neighborhoods, picks colors and a logo, and publishes on their own subdomain. The full build is a custom site on the agent's domain with 100 to 300 neighborhoods researched and written for them, with the market protected for the year. Lite is open everywhere.

See if your market is open.

Full-build markets are protected. Ask before you pay a dollar, and we'll tell you if yours is open. Lite has no territory and no waiting.
